Age for nude style

Nude style has become very popular. And many new models want to go for it. Even the opinion of society doesn't play an important role for them. But then a lot of questions appear. For example the age of models that may work in this style, poses and actions allowed for models, etc. Some Governments elaborated Laws that control nude photography. And of course it institutes the control giving the minimal and maximal age for a model to take part in nude photography.

Sometimes it may be dangerous, because for taking nude pictures of a girl of 12-14 year photographers may get to jail. Of course for being photographed, a model should have a passport or another id and be of age.

There were several scandals when several photos of models that were rather young were taken by photographers. But these were the decent photos and were not showing any erotica. But children half undressed were still provoking a lot of talks and indignation. So, governments of many countries were obliged to make some laws to control this problem.

In majority of cases photographer has to pay a fine for illegal photography of models of the age under the age allowed by law. If photos are very vulgar a photographer may also be put to jail.

The maximal age is much discussed too. Of course it depends on intentions of a photographer and desire of a model to be photographed. There are models of advanced age that are ready for nude photos. Some of them even look freer while being photographed. The only problem that appears is the aesthetic look of their body and skin.

Photos of people of advanced age are not highly valued and people simply don't like them. Such photos are the personal orders.

But the most important is not the age of a model but the way models work and act while being photographed. Sometimes according to intentions of a photographer a model should have the certain age and choosing a model he/she considers that fact.
